1. How refunds work
Refunds for tickets are set by each event organizer. The refund policy for an event is shown on its event page before you buy. Please read it before you pay.
2. If an organizer cancels an event
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, buyers are refunded the ticket price they paid, through the original payment method, as set out in our Terms of Service.
3. Service fees
The service fee added at checkout is refunded together with the ticket price.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our team through the live chat or by email. Please include:
- The event name
- Your ticket reference
- The email address you used to buy the ticket
- Your WhatsApp number or phone number, so we can follow up
5. Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Our team will confirm your refund request and keep you updated.
