How do I buy a ticket on Goratify?

Simply browse events, select the one you want, choose your ticket type, and pay securely via Paystack — debit card, bank transfer, or USSD. Your QR code ticket arrives in your email instantly.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Paystack — Nigeria's most trusted payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Funds are held in escrow until after the event.

How does the QR check-in work?

After purchasing, you receive a unique QR code by email. At the event, the organizer scans it using the Goratify scanner for instant verification. No printout needed — just your phone.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. You can find the policy on each event's page. If an event is cancelled, refunds are processed automatically within 3–5 business days.

How do I create and sell tickets for my event?

Register as an organizer, fill in your event details, set ticket types and prices, and publish. Your event goes live immediately. We take a small platform fee from each sale and you receive payouts after the event.

Is the e-voting system anonymous and secure?

Yes. Each verified voter can only vote once per poll. Votes are encrypted and anonymous. Results update live and are publicly visible to ensure full transparency and trust.

Do organizers earn anything by inviting others?

Yes — organizers have a unique referral link on their dashboard. When another organizer signs up through that link and makes their first sale, a bonus is credited to the referrer's account. There's no limit to how many organizers you can refer.
